What every NJ Shore bride really needs...

...some good advice!

Based on my own personal experiences, I'm going to try and hopefully provide some sound, decent advice to anyone who decides to read this blog. I've struggled a bit in planning my wedding in Monmouth County, as I'm doing so from afar being that I currently live in London. There have been some really great vendors out there, and well on the flip side...there have been some really awful ones, who quite frankly just don't get how business is done. One would think especially in economic times such as these, they would start to get it, but the wedding industry has one over on us--people will continue to get married no matter what the economy is like--perhaps it's just up to those getting married, though, to start turning the tides on them. They've gotten away with charging exhorbinate rates for years now--who's to say people can't negotiate those rates, as is done in nearly every other industry?! What do you think?
